We look forward to welcoming back our guests and residents in 2024. Once we have a set date, we'll be sure post it here on the official Pointe Santo page. Currently, there is no set date for reopening while our staff and contractors work diligently to bring Pointe Santo back to the paradise it always was. One year ago today, we evacuated, we watched the weather in horror throughout the day and late into the night, and for those of us who slept, woke up the next morning to reports of grave devastation. Our island was hit, hard, by Hurricane Ian, and Pointe Santo was not spared.

But with every cloud there's a silver lining. Our loyal guests have
reached out, owners have banded together, we've grown closer with one another and with our incredible staff. New relationships have
been forged, and Pointe Santo is being rebuilt better than ever.

Our buildings were left intact although the clubhouse and the bridges washed away. The Premiere Property (F) building had to be demolished, but many condos were virtually left unharmed.

The first floor units were gutted. Toilets, furnaces and walls disappeared. Essentially, they were caverns, and the force of the surge washed under most of the buildings wreaking havoc
with all the mechanicals. Sewer lines, water, and electrical were all damaged.

It has been one, long, arduous year for all those who are dedicated to restoring our property to the paradise we know it is. Today, we are so excited to report drywall has begun!

We love Pointe Santo and Sanibel Island, and thank you for all your kind words and encouragement during this difficult time.
